Nyfty's T&M Collection Bot revolutionizes the way T&M dockets are handled. It serves as a virtual assistant, collecting T&M dockets from trade partners, helping you extract relevant data, and seamlessly integrating them into Procore Financials. This not only saves valuable time but also ensures accuracy in financial reporting.
Effortless Review and Integration
When a T&M Docket is uploaded, a notification is automatically sent to the Project Manager (PM), alerting them that there's a new docket awaiting processing.
Upon receiving the notification, the PM can effortlessly review each submitted docket. They have the flexibility to pull out any necessary data and either create a new Change Event or add to an existing one within Procore. This ensures that all relevant information is accurately recorded and easily accessible for further project analysis.
Seamless Integration with Procore Financials
Nyfty's T&M Collection Bot acts as a bridge between the Site Office and Procore Financials. Once the PM completes their review, Nyfty seamlessly sends the docket image and associated data to Procore Financials. This ensures a smooth transition from document collection to financial management, eliminating the risk of delays or discrepancies.

It's important to note that Nyfty's T&M Collection Bot is just the beginning. As a beta release, it represents the initial step towards revolutionizing T&M docket management.
