Magical Mixing with Nyfty's Additional Exports Function for Procore Forms to Procore Analytics
Procore Forms and Analytics didn't mix. That was until we added the 'Additional Exports' function to our Nyfty Bots, now they are like best buddies.
Nyfty can now map Form Field data from a PDF to a Note in the Daily Log, for use in Procore Analytics. This has been a major hurdle for Procore Forms users who don’t like their data being locked up in a PDF Form. The Additional Exports function even supports custom fields, so the possibilities are endless.
You can now configure Procore Forms to Procore Analytics with 'Additional Exports' and map them to a Note in the daily log, in any of our Bots that use Procore Forms, like this:

We love this ‘work around’, as so many customers have asked for help getting data out of PDF forms and this is just the start for this new Additional Exports feature.

Auto-send Forms / Inspections whenever you like
Another repeat request, from multiple Procore customers, has been to delay Forms or Inspections requests to a specific time, rather than the moment somebody checks in.
We’ve added this to all Bots that send Forms or Inspections, except Orientation Bot as that didn’t seem to make sense!
You’ll now find an “At Time" field in the Bot’s config screen. The Bots will delay the SMS until the set time, for people who arrive before that time, and send immediately for anybody who arrives after.
