New enhancement enables automatic Hazard Sharing
We've added a snappy new feature to our JHA-PTP Bot that's a big plus for your on-site safety.
Sharing hazards is now really easy, thanks to an awesome collaboration with one of customers - Eagle Builders. They had a super simple paper process for sharing hazards, but wanted to digitise that with Nyfty. So we banged our heads together and built this awesome new feature, right into our JHA-PTP Bot.
The problem with JHA’s and Pre-Task Plans is that the hazards identified are locked up in the form, making it hard to communicate to everybody onsite. Nyfty’s new ‘Shared Hazards’ feature automatically shares those hazards, without creating any extra work for you and the team.
Nyfty can now pull the hazards out of JHA/PTPs, as they are submitted, and then share them with every other Foreman on the job site.
These shared hazards are displayed in the JHA-PTP Bot's main screen, and in the Foreman’s Partner Portal, so as they complete their JHA or PTP, or as they are checking workers in and out, they will see all hazards on the job.
There is also a simplified workflow for job-sites that don’t have a formal JHA process. Here Foremen can identify shared hazards directly into Nyfty, after receiving an SMS just after arriving onsite.
