Plans are based on the number of Foremen and workers who actively interact with Nyfty via SMS each day. Admin and dashboard users never count toward your plan. Billing accounts can be shared across multiple projects.

How are active users counted? Only people who directly interact with Nyfty AI via SMS on a given day count toward your plan — i.e. Foremen submitting PTPs, checking in crews, or completing permits. Admin users monitoring the dashboard do not count. For Attendance, only the Foreman checking in their crew counts, not the crew members. For Manpower, only the Foremen logging manpower count.
