  1. Text Message Request: Each Foreman gets an SMS with a link to complete their daily PTP (or SPA, JHA, etc.).

  2. AI Reads the JHA: If there’s a Job Hazard Assessment, the AI reads it first — so it already knows contractor's safety plan. It also reads the project Safety Policy if available.

  3. Quick Chat: The Foreman answers a few brief questions like “What tasks are being done today?” selecting from smart, pre-filled options to minimize typing.

  4. AI Thinks & Writes: The AI composes thoughtful, detailed responses — no more vague one-word fillers.

  5. Review & Sign: The Foreman reviews, signs, and submits.
